Founded by Keigoro Matsuyama in 1979, Yamashiro Doboku has continued to grow steadily nowadays because all employees have maintained the spirit of the company’s founding and have continued to work hard.

As the second generation president, I need to work hard to hone my mind and elevate my spirit in order to make the right decisions.

A leader’s daily decisions shape the character of a company and guide the midset of its employees.

I want to value the company’s atmosphere and culture.

My role is to strengthen the organization.

By actively promoting IT, which is lagging behind in the construction industry, I want the company to grow into the future and continue to meet society’s expectations.

Finally, I will continue to keep in mind the altruistic spirit that my predecessor was so conscious of, and the desire to make everyone happy.
